Dominican Tennis Association of New York Inc. ("DTAofNY," "we," "us," or "our") welcomes you. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our programs, events, tournaments, memberships, use of our website, and interactions with DTAofNY.

All participants, members, spectators, volunteers, and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, sportsmanlike, and safe manner.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
DTAofNY reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
6. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks by choosing to participate in DTAofNY activities.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate and for disclosing any relevant medical conditions when required.
7. Photos, Videos, and Media
DTAofNY may photograph or record activities during programs, events, or tournaments for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. By participating, you consent to such use unless you submit a written opt-out request in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by DTAofNY, including logos, branding, text, photos, videos, and materials, is the property of DTAofNY or used with permission. Such content may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
