Ian Ingram is a USPTA Level I certified Professional, who has played tennis for more than 20 years. He is Head Coach at Ichan II Middle School in Morris Park who was previously the Boys Coach at Trevor Day School NYC. Ian has love for the game and enjoys teaching others.
Regina McMiller has more than twenty years finance experience in the corporate and private sector. As a member of the advisory board, Regina helps to influence the structural and financial direction of our organization. She is a firm believer and supporter of the vision of the DTA.

Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in navigating complex legal and financial processes, making her a trusted professional.
In addition to her extensive financial background, Estrellita has made significant contributions to the nonprofit sector. For many years, she has been an active volunteer with the Salvation Army, where she served as a youth group leader, as well as with Evangel Christian Center, where she led the nursery program and served as the women’s group leader. Her dedication to community service extends further, having held a committee board position with the FINRA Latino Affinity NetworkA (FLAN).
Estrellita’s lifelong passion for giving back to the community has inspired her continued involvement, including her present role as an advisory board member of the DTA of New York. Her diverse experiences and commitment to service make her a respected leader both in her professional and volunteer roles.
Belgica is a passionate individual who loves working with the youth. She believes that in order to grow and reach your capabilities to the fullest you must have good influences around you. Her background in working with young kids as a paraprofessional and as an assistant with college students at the renowned Columbia University assures us she’ll be a great value to the community.
Melissa is a lifelong learner who believes knowledge is power, joins us as the Winward Academy point person. Her background in working with nonprofits and homeschooling her daughter brings valuable experience to this role.
